Nzinga Initiative serves the Black community through education as a vessel for Black Excellence through the critical analysis of the intersectionality and the interconnectedness of social, racial, economic, and environmental injustice.

Pro-Black programming, community partnerships, and mentorships empower Black youth to awaken their true selves by reconnecting to their cultural and ancestral roots, transforming our youth into resilient leaders and change-makers.

Thus, building a liberation schema and cultivating self-determination to disrupt the inequitable and racialized outcomes and the oppressive state of education endured by Black scholars to increase academic success.
